Semi-Private Training

What Is Semi-Private Training?

• Individualized programs written specifically for your goals or sport at a fraction of the cost of standard one-on-one training.

• Never more than 8 members to 1 coach.

• Monthly assessments and goal setting to help accomplish your specific goals.

• 75-Minute Sessions to address proper warm up, additional mobility/rehabilitation needs, power, strength and conditioning.

• All appointments are scheduled in advanced and must adhere to a 24-hour cancellation policy.  Members are encouraged to be on a recurring appointment for a specific day and time as the groups are limited to 8 members.  


Why Semi-Private Training?

• You want a completely individualized program to address a specific training goal.

• You appreciate and desire the level of coaching and hands-on attention these smaller groups will offer.

• You are addressing an injury that requires specific programming, such as transitioning from physical therapy.

• You are training for sports performance (this includes our youth athletes, 12 years old and up).

• You want the extra accountability of having an appointment with a coach/group.


When Can I Train?

*All sessions are made by appointment only and require 24-hour notice of cancellation.

  • COMBO MEMBERSHIP — $122
    1 Semi-Private Session per Week + Unlimited Large Group

  • 2 Semi-Private Sessions per Week — $122
    + Unlimited Large Group to this membership for only $24 more

  • 3 Semi-Private Sessions per Week — $162
    + Unlimited Large Group to this membership for only $24 more
